By breaking down areas of the sales process into individual sections and completing a self-assessment using a scaling system, learners are able to gain a full comprehension of sales without being overwhelmed.
We will work with your team on a 1:1 basis to discuss the individual needs of each team member to help them overcome challenges and work towards achievable goals to ensure success.
Prior to coaching, each team member will complete a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats which will be analysed with a member of the Sales Coaching Solutions team.
